How To Use

Step One: Use Brow Pencil or Feather Effect Brown Pen (both sold separately) to fill in and define brows.

Step Two: Using Brow Gel, brush product through brows using upward strokes, following the direction that the hairs naturally grow. Use tinted shades to add depth or highlights where desired.
