How To Use

• Prep your eyelids with e.l.f. Lock it Down Eyeshadow Primer for a smooth, long-wear application.
• Using a clean finger, apply over eyeshadow to add highlight and dimension, or press onto bare lids for a subtle wash of sparkle.
• Can also be applied using e.l.f. Wide Tapered Eyeshadow Brush for a very subtle, sheer look.
